after doing alot of research i've purchased the no mercy beat'n..i just hope it works out the way i want it to..im probably gonna have it drilled with the most aggressive pattern..i like to play a bit inside and this ball seemed like the best for that..

Yes, it does sound like it will be a great ball for you. Remember to buy some good cleaner and use it after every session with the ball as well as giving it deep cleaning hot water baths every couple weeks.

(someone will give up a link for the hot water bath if you need it, I dont have it on hand right now, although it is our most used link on the site lol)

Good luck with the new NMB. You'll enjoy that ball, depending on your lanes and style a slight surface adjustment really sets the ball right. I'm currently at 1000 polished and like it much better than when it was OOB.

i second that... i put mine to 1000 polished and was suddenly happy that i bought it :)

That makes three of us. It serious changed my whole outlook on this ball. Went from occasional useage to guaranteed first ball out of the bag. Different surfaces for different lanes and different people, but 1000 polished seems like the favorite choice here lately.

What is it like OOB? I need a ball to replace my Widow...its almost gone (ball diameter...barely legal right now)

Blisters, the NMB'n is 4000 abralon sanded out of the box. I polished mine with OOB finish and if you like length just polish it OOB. But honestly it seems to react alot better 1000 abralon polsihed
