My PBA Inferno (black and white) came in today. the span was almost exactly like mine, only a little longer. The thumb hole and the finger holes were a little big but I decided to throw it anyway to see what it's like. Shot a 1335 thru 6 games. My question is, would it be ok to throw it until I get it refitted for my hand? It also feels great to be out of this slump................ hopefully.

Crusher: Does the finger holes have grips in them? If so just change the grips to fit your fingers. And as for the spa, If it is too long it may cause you to have some pain or start having hand issues. If it's an 1/16 or an 1/8 of in inch off it might not cause you any problems. I don't want to say go ahead and keep throwing in to cause some injury to you. Use your own judgment.

Yeah they have grips. Oval ones. I think I might switch to those because I really liked the way they felt. The ball feels good coming off of my hand.

Perosnally, you'd be better to get it refit to your hand. JMO.
Yeah the ovals are nice.

I am gonna get it refitted as soon as I can, but until I do, is it ok to throw it until I get it refitted? That is what I'm asking.

Like Bubba said, you can use the ball but you risk injury to your thumb and hand if the span is long.

The span isn't too long. Maybe an 8th longer than all f my other stuff.

An 8th isnt much..but make sure it isnt much..in your case....and as far as the ovals...your thumb and fingers are naturally oval..thats why they feel better I suppose
