all i have to say about my new cherry vibe is WOW and that everyone who might want one should get it. i am still in awe over how nicely it rolled. it just looks so nice as it glides through the front part of the lane and then it hits the backend and kills the pins... coming from a bws and a nmb this pearl ball is just awesome. it is just what i needed to complete my arsenal!

well with the way the lanes have been lately (drying out fast b/c of the heat being turned up in the alleys) i dont think it will be spending as much time in the bag as it does on the ball rack...

im really excited to use it in my tournament tomorrow. im sure it will come in handy when we are playing 6 or so 5 vs. 5 games :P

haha...I have a tournament tommorrow as well, I get to bowl on B squad, so its the first ball outta the bag for me tommorrow...bringing the urethane just in case as well.

well today didnt go so bad. i upheld my 190~ average bowling a 593 (183-211-199) series. i started the bakers with the widow (OOB polished) going straight down the 5 board and i was doing very well. the oil was heavy and medium length with really clean backends. after that i switched to the no mercy beat'n (1000 with very light polish) when the lanes were getting a little dryer going from 15-4 and that was working really well. for some reason, my black widow out hooks my no mercy... but they compliment each other nicely. then after 2 games when the lanes were starting to dry up i pulled out the new cherry vibe. first ball was perfect, but the thumbhole was a little tight so i wasnt having the most consistent release... i think i would have easily gotten a 600+ series had i stuck with the nmb but i had fun playing with the vibe. i need to figure it out then it will be awesome!

heres the layout on the ball, it seems pretty strong. i havent gotten to try it on dry lanes yet, but it does exactly what its supposed to on broken down lanes...

btw i have a high track, med/higher revs, and i throw about 17 mph.
