I have a ton a questions but I have only bowled about 20 games and not even sure were to begin . Everthing has changed so much .I do know I am going to have to get some coaching to get up to speed even thou I am a decent or was a decent athlete.

Welcome to the forums.

The BWS is a great ball, you will love it soon enough.

Go to bowl.com and look up coaches in your area.

Welcome to the site pipes. You choose a great ball in the BWS. The coaching would be a big help after all those years off. You will find the whole game has changed . The lanes , the conditions, the Balls, the technology in drilling layouts. And do not hesitate to ask any questions. Welcome again.

Welcome to the site:) IM rather new myself, just got into bowling last summer... I started out with a maxim and move up to a old urethane hammer to learn how to handled a breaking ball... Ave. move from 109 - to 142... Now working with a hammer toxic, or should I say it's working me...
(LOL) You will find that the people here are just great... They will share their knowledge with you in a heartbeat...
