Question for bathers

Everyone always says how much oil comes out when you bath a ball, but has anyone tried this on a new ball? I wonder how much oil would come out of a new ball.

When you refer to a new ball, are you referring to one that is brand new out of the box? If so no oil will be in a brand new ball. If you refer to new as being 30 games old, depending on your lane conditions , if you throw on med-heavy oil there should be a signifigant amount of oil that comes out.

When I got one of my new balls this summer I did try the bath, absolutely nothing came out of the ball. Which is what I expected, but there was some speculation that it was something else, so I tried it... not a thing.
