PA vs. TJ!!! Hammer vs. Ebonite!!!

Great final!! PA and TJ rippin' it up with Hammer and Ebonite. Congrats to TJ(Hey,he's from just up the road!) Danny Wiseman finished third,his best showing yet. Now we just have to get him to ditch Roto Grip and come back to Hammer.

Well, I can give you a bit of insight before it does. The championship match was clear case of a PBA Pro making a big mental screwup. PA should have changed balls and he knew it , BUT... he didnt. And did yuou guys see how much he had that BWB sanded ? WOW

I think he did make a ball change. When he whiffed that 5 pin it was with a new ball. Same thing Billy O did.
The silver in the ball sure made it look like it had oil tracks through it.

No Stampy, he did make a ball change in the last match. If you go to pba.com, it says that he was using the BW and the BWB. But, I don't know when he made the ball change.:confused:

I thought he made a ball change as well, and thought I even remembered the announcers commenting that he made a ball change.

I believe it was in the 7th-8th frame.

I really enjoy watching PA. Particularly with him throwing Hammer equipment.

Having played on the Shark pattern in PBA experience league, albeit poorly, I felt for everybody trying to get carry on that pattern. PA leaving and missing the 5 pin reminded me about how tough that pattern is.:eek:

Tommy Jones got it going in the final but he was having lots of speed issues in the first game. It was great seeing how he was able to establish his line in the second game and start carrying those corner pins.

Not that it matters but there was 2 BWB's on the rack. I'm fairly sure this why he missed the 5 pin. Much like Billy O did a few weeks ago.
