ive been nagging my teammate (who has a 180-190 avereage) to get a new ball lately and of course im telling him to get a hammer. but hes all about the morich balls. he throws a mayhem right now but is looking into a levrg which im sure is a great ball. but today at practice he wasnt getting carry through the pocket so i made him bowl a game with my cherry vibe (his hand fit it ok) and he bowled about 20-30 pins higher in one game. he came up to me after and said "you were right, nothing hits like a hammer". he was just amazed at how much power it had in the backend compared to his ball. now he wants to buy my cherry vibe :) and i might just do it because i hate that ball with a passion! :mad:

Why dont you like your cherry vibe ? i was thinking of getting one as our lanes dont have enough oil for my black widows or toxic they keep going brooklyn on me .

In my experience, this VIBE will not help you. It may even make things worse. He ball JUMPS off of dry like it's cool. I'm irritated with mine at the moment for the same reason. I may try a redrill to put a bunch of negative sideweight on it.

i dont like it because i bought it to fill the light/medium ball hole in my arsenal, but to my big big big surprise i'd say its at least 5 boards stronger than my widow or my nmb... no matter the condition, including heavy oil. im thinking i got a wrongly colored anger :p

i love my cherry vibe. i'm a higher speed with med to high revs. i have it drilled with the length layout (med. track). works great for me. doesn't hook much on heavy oil, but on med. to light it's the best. plenty of length and a nice sharp break at the end to kill the pins. it's a very consistent hard hitting ball.
