When?

I have a Toxic and just got a CV. My question is when do I switch to the CV. I was dying to try it out in League on Fri., but the Toxic was still hitting the pocket. What reaction or non reaction am I looking for before I know it's time to switch? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Well Im assuming that your cherry vibe is weaker than your toxic. When your toxic starts coming high onto the nose, switch to the CV. You could just move with the toxic, but if your comfortable where you are just switch balls.
