What should I use for reactive covers? I have always used rubbing alcohol on my old Blue Hammer's urathane, but will I hurt the Switch Blades cover using this?

No it shouldnt hurt your switch blade. I used it on my sling blade all the time and it still its hard and rolls good for me. I still use it on my Real Deal along with Ebonite Energizer Cleaner.

The best thing I recommend and your local pro shop should recommend is using Black Magic Rejuvenator Partical Coverstock Cleaner made by Ultimate Bowling Products and a Micro-Fiber Bowling Cloth.. Every set that I bowl with my Hammers I use 3-5 squirts of Black Magic. Then wipe down with your Micro Fiber Bowling Cloth...This restores the orignal stock to the ball just as when the first day you purchased your ball...Alcohol after a while it can were down the ball but the rejuvenator will keep it like new but only use the Micro-Fiber towel when wipping down....

i use the ebonite energizer cleaner on my pure hammer and eraser boost. its the best all around cleaner in my mind. you can use it on pretty much use it on anything.

ebonite also offers a line of other ball treatments for reactive resins and etc if you feel the energizer cleaner is not sufficient

Black Magic and any other Ultimate products stink. The products smell like they have petrolum in them and can hurt the proformance of a ball because your bowling ball will absorb any product you use to clean your ball. Any alcohol based ball cleaner will be fine. I like the Powerhouse ball cleaner as well as asertone from store. Just remember to wipe it off, if you rest the ball on a rag wet with asertone, the part of the ball in contact with the chemical will change the color of the ball.
If you don't wipe your ball with a cleaner after you bowl the residue of oil on your ball will be absorbed by the coverstock. Cleaning your balls will extend the life of ball.

Nothing fancy here. A spritz or two of Simple Green with an Isopropal chaser, a quick wipe down and then the see-saw work out.

i use black magic ball cleaner and i could not be more happier with it. it restores the backend to near perfection for me and not 2 mention that it gets pretty much all the dirt and oil off to.
