I own a Toxic and an Anger they are both really good balls for the price.

It all depends on your style and lane conditions you will see. You wont find one ball of a line to be better than the others, just better suited to your needs.

I have league at brunswick zone and my speed is 15 to 17 and I throw up and in if that helps still learning the lingo sorry. I always throw around the 6 to 10 board.

Both balls are pearls. Both have very similar cores. The Doom is stronger in the back, skids better through the front and more angular off the spot. The Toxic is a touch stronger in the mid-lane and not quite as angular.
