My school's first year in team bowling.

Hey all my schools first year in team bowling and we went to state. I was hoping to get 3rd or 4th at best and we went in and won our schools very first start tournament by 1 pin. If your instrested in this thread and don't know how team bowling works just let me know and I'll explain it in further detail for you.

LOL they've already figured next year is going to be near impossible to repeat because 4 of the 6 starters are graduating this year including me. we shot 3 individual games. and 4 bakers games.

3 Individual games we have two 3 person teams and we take total pins of each game. the first match we had somewhere in the 900's in points and then the second match we collected 1105 pts. or something like that. After the first two games we were in 1st place in points. But we dropped in the 3rd game and only show 842. After the individual games we took a break and let the girls do their individual and we had fallen all the way to 4th place and was 90 pins behind first place.

in the 4 games of bakers (where my team shows what were really made of in the team part) we started with a 200 bakers game and then a 154 and then a 185 and then our final game we shot a 208. And with those games we shot up to first place winning by one pin over the team that was in 3rd place. The team that was in 3rd place also had beaten us twice in match play this year and beat us by 4 pins at the Conference tournament. Both of the teams are pretty much in the same county which makes it pretty cool.

Anyway was our schools first ever state championship trophy and our first year ever in team bowling. Was the greatest moment in my life and I will remember it for the rest of my life.
