Greater Ozarks Open?

Anyone here go to Springfield, Mo. for the Greater Ozarks Open? We go down February 28th, and bowl March 1st and 2nd. We bowl singles/doubles on Saturday at Enterprise, and team on Sunday at Sunshine.

Sunshine is usually very heavy/long. The Anger will get it's first taste of really heavy oil that weekend for sure.

Typically, your right on Sunshine lanes, early shift very fresh. In my experience, something that reads early works best. Single and Dbls at Enterprise, well that depends. Last two years they put down a reverse pattern. Now I'm no expert on this condition, and have been working since last years tourny to figure out how to shoot it this time around. Last year, lanes were soaked 10 board out both sides, Sahara inside. At last years tourny, I basically moved extreme left, (I'm right handed) and shot across the oil out side 10 board left, and tried to get a reaction I could deal with. BWS worked good, but from that angle didn't get the carry I usually get. This year, I'm going to try a Cherry Vibe and see how it works. Let me know what you run into, and good luck.

I usually go in March but the last two years it has been in June.

If you are wanting a ball for a reverse block. A 135 degree drilling works very well. This drilling needs help,(dry boards) to work. Very controllable & predictable.
