i just got my bwp back from being resurfaced and deoiled i had the oob finish put back on it and here was my league games for sunday night 215,119.118. the 215 i threw mostly with my new vibe but i have never in my life left so many ten pins with my bwp... just wanting to rant about it

ahhh, shake it off. Sounds like its not the ball, but the spare shooting. What kind of spare ball do you have ?

You said the ball was resurfaced. Did you remember that you would have to move some? You're going to have to put some games on it before it really starts to work again.

Scores of 119 and 118 don't say "alot of ten pins" to me. Either your spare shooting was atrocious or you left alot of 5-6-7 counts.

Give the ball a chance to get the track alittle worn again. A newly resurfaced ball will usually not react like it was when it was new . It nees some games on it and you will see a difference.

Yep there is nothing like a new ball that seems to match up with your game. It can be hugh jolt of confindence. Alot of time after a bath, resurface, etc... the ball does not act like it did just a couple of days or a week ago. You have to make a few tweaks.

When you have a new ball you'll do what it take to make the ball work, just try to keep that mind set with your BWP.

I agree with everyone, give it a chance to to get the a new track worn in the ball.

I still have an Ebonite Timberwolf that got nicked up really badly from our ball return. The house resurfaced it for me but I was shooting really high scores with it. Needless to say my high average dropped significantly until I got more games on the ball.

Give it some time and it'll be just as good as it was prior. Widow Pearl is a great ball.

He's putting that dictionary he got for Christmas to good use. Of course here it is three months later and he's still in the "A's".:rolleyes:
