Thaiiii, nice video and It helps that it is in slow motion. I like the knee bend in your stance on the approach. The one thing I see is on your release I would like to see that deep kneebend at the line. You seem to be raising up at the release point. Hold the knee bend at the line and it will keep you on target .

It's in slow motion on my end  .
You seem to be hitting up on the ball at your release. But I think that's partly due to you picking up at the line and falling off to the right. Try and stay as low as you can at the line and hold the knee bend at your release. This will enable you to rolls the ball better and your release won't be coming up from behind it as much.

Ok, one thing I see, is that you carry the ball for 2 steps. Try getting the ball moving at the end of step one or in between the two. That will free up the arm swing and stop you from forcing the ball. Then with Bubba's advise, you will have a sweet delivery.

Was his hand coming on top or upper half of the ball?
As far as knee bend, try holding your pose, until the ball passes the arrows.
If you are having trouble with accuracy, make more of a 90 degree angle with your arm to your body. (Had the same problem, not much of a pro groove to the swing.) But somethings come.

No Problem... we all have to start some where.
What I meant it that your fingers are not coming out below the the equator of the ball. (From what I can tell, my guess.) This will make a big difference in ball reaction, revs, hook, etc... whatever you want to call it.
It does much matter, if your comfortable with what your doing. Just make sure you have all your stuff drilled for your track.
Here is how you tell:
Low Track:
Over will be 4 1/2 or less
Medium Track:
Will be between 4 1/2 and 5 1/4
High Track:
Will be 5 1/4 or greater

i have a weirddd a$$ track... its not as low or angular as a spinners ..it kinda seems like the fingers and thumb hole is pointing towards the left as it rolls down the lane. the track mark would be describe as taking the globe and the track mark is the equator and the finger holes is the north pole, and when you turn the globe 90degrees to the left.. thats where my track mark is. hard to explain, not sure if you understand ...

Low Track does not always mean your spinner. It means you have a weak hand position at release.
How you would find the equator of the bowling ball, would be at release... when the ball comes of your thumb.
The way the thumb and fingers points describes the amount of axis tilt you put on the ball.
If you want to show us the track, throw the ball down the mind of the lane, keeping it in as much oil as possible. Then borrow or have the proshop trace the oil rings with a grease pencil. Take a Photo. Your proshop should be able to analyze your balls track.

You're definatly NOT letting the ball do the work. The backswing is too short. It's stopping at least a ball or more low of where you're starting. I showed to the guy who helps me out and he said he'd like it to be level with the floor. You need to let the ball swing UP on the backswing by itself, then let it fall on it's own down to release.

Here are two tricks to get a higher backswing...
1. When you push the ball forward, you opposite arm should also be forward. (Like Sean Rash, Chris Barnes...etc.)
2. If you don't like that, try pushing the ball inward and let it swing outward from your body in the backswing, once it come forward it will need to come back inward. (This is more like Danny Wiseman)
