How many of you can see this video? This vimeo site allows higher resolution videos than youtube but I needed update windows media player to view it. I'm interested to see how many others can't view the video?

For those than can see it, this is half of video #2, another practice session from last weekend. I have footage from two more angles that I need to edit.

Great video, vimeo is definitely better than youtube as far as content quality goes. However if the service really takes off they won't be able to offer HD quality video for long.

I'm new to this video thing, but vimeo is the preferred site on the audio/video board I've been lurking on. Do you have any experience with viddler? That's the second service I'm considering for my videos.

Thanks for the comments on the video. I'm just a typical league bowler having fun with a camera! I'm still learning how to film and edit so I can't compare myself to those guys who have been making videos for a while. Hopefully each one will be better than the previous one. The second half from this practice should be up tomorrow.

I loved it. Just one suggestion, when you are doing lane-level vies, try and get out of the shot when u throw it. Other than that the only other thing is the long space at the end with nothing.

Thanks! I agree there are way too many shots of my pant legs. I'll try to exit stage RIGHT from now on. As dumb as it sounds, I haven't figured out how to get rid of that empy space yet.

It's funny you mention this. I posted the video on another bowling board and received several comments about my roll. Compared my roll to Rhino Paige. I don't know about that, but I guess it's a positive comparison.:confused:

It's funny you mention this. I posted the video on another bowling board and received several comments about my roll. Compared my roll to Rhino Paige. I don't know about that, but I guess it's a positive comparison.:confused:

nah, there was one shot where he left either the 3-6-7 or the 1-3-7 couldnt tell cause his legs were in the way. looked like a 3-6-7 cause it went high but not sure.

I'm ready for the All Video Tournament. Roll eight games and film the whole thing. Pro scoring + or - 200. Top ten make the cut and we go to match play,best four out of seven. The five left are put in order of pinfall in the first eight games,stepladder finals. Should only take a month or two to roll one tournament.
