i need help cutting down on revs. i dont bend my arm ,but i do keep a firm wrist i am a high to med. speed cranker. i think i need to work on my foot work and i use med. oil balls on heavy oil and light oil balls on med. oil. and i can hook a soft urethane or plastic. i need help on cutting down on my number of revs i get about 18-20 revs and i would like to be around 15 to 16.

i am not a cranker myself, but as a stroker, this is what works for me.
FINGER PLACEMENT IS KEY
the index finger can but either alot more or alot less backend on your ball, depending on how you use it
with your middle and ring finger inside the ball, look at where your index finger normally is.
pushing the index in closer to the middle will cut down on backend
also, be sure to not bend the index when you carry your ball < puts more backend on the ball
try these, but then again, im a stroker, youre a cranker, so they may not work
