WTS:(UPDATED) Used tour equpiment comming

The owner of the proshop I use is currently on tour and brings home alot of used equipment when he comes home. I’m trying to get him to let me sell some of the stuff to you guys and others. All of this stuff has only 1 weekends use on it. Some very few games. They only drill it up for use on that pattern or those lanes for that tourney, then dump’em. I don’t have solid prices as of yet but I can say that nothing should over $100. That might sound high, but this stuff will come fully drilled and shipped at those prices. Just send me the specs and well punch it up. If your interested, let me know. I will post up when I have more details.

UPDATE: All balls will be $80-$100 Depending on how "popular". Cells, Bites,Twisted those would be 100. Stuff like sidwinders,bash,gamebreakers would be $80

These balls will come drilled. The price of the ball will include drilling and shipping. Grips and slugs would be $15 extra. If you dont want it drilled thats fine, but the price is still the same........that part is not up to me.

Ya its a big muther. A bit over 5" and a thumb hole the size of my fist. He has 2 complete nv's a total and a raid that was his.

If there are any balls similar to a Vibe as far as performance goes, I'd be interested. Need a 16# though. I'm looking for something for when the lanes break down or on dry lanes or wood. My BWP is just too much sometimes.

$80...Yes, its a mild ball. Its very good for light oil and dryer lanes.

WTB15 LB Widow Bites, Twisted Furys, or Widow Pearls out there, i have a couple old widows i need to replace. If there are any(Doug Kent) bowling balls out there i will attempt to buy them.

No Bites but there are Solids and Pearls as well as Twisteds. The Twisteds were Brad Angelos and 1 pearl and 1 solid were Eugene Mcunes. I dont know about the others. There have been many to come and go

I've drilled balls for years and the specs on a piece of paper are only as good as the equipment used to layout the stuff. Span rulers just are not exactly the same.

It kills me that some people get stuff drilled by on-line stores. Or like this and expect an exact fit. Having pre-drilled balls available at some big sport stores give people the impression that fit (like in a house ball) is not very important.

What about layouts and expected ball reaction? I don't mean to rain on your parade, so you can make a couple bucks, why don't you just sell the balls, unplugged.

Let the buyer get them plugged and drilled for their specific needs. (If you get: ball speed, rev rate, axis tilt, axis rotation, positive axis point, average and lane graphs, will you guarantee the ball reaction?)

A proper fit and successful drill is more complicated than you are making it seem, and I feel many bowlers struggle with ineffective equipment or worse, equipment that is too strong leaving their skill levels wanting.

well of course you will not get a exact fit, no one is perfect:confused:

hmm, what about if they sell the balls plugged.. then take them to the local pro shop to get them drilled, heck if the price came with plugging, i would expect it to be... your local pro shop isnt going to charge you more for getting the ball plugged somewhere else(if that did happen, would be telling him or her to stick that price up his A**)
