Ok guys, got my problems corrected yesterday with lessons. Here is what my problem was. When I lined up on the approach I had the ball rested in my left hand but directly infront of my right leg. This made me pull the ball behind my back in the backswing, which cause me to grip the ball to hold on too it, which caused me to consistanly pull shots and lose a ton of revs. He had me line up with my elbow against my side with the ball straight out. WOW. This is the point at which I have to appoligize to everyone that I doubted about a "freearm swing". I now know what it feels like to have one. While he was watching me throw my first game, I was using my BWS playing from 15-5 at 15.5 mph. After he adjusted me, I was playing from 20-3 at closer to 17 mph. I never would have thought it possible to rev a ball that much with out trying to make it turn. Damn sure would have never thought that trying to make the ball turn would keep it from turning. On top of everything else he ended up not charging me for it. So I told him I was taking it out for steak one night cause there was no way that I wasn't gonna pay for his priceless services. Anyway one simple little thing totally fixed all my issuses, and hopefully this is what I need to take my game to the next step.

Kurmie it's good to hear you got help and fixed your problem. The key to fixing alot of problems is having that free arm swing. Without it we tend to muscle the ball, grip it too tight, not have a relaxed grip, and so forth. There is nothing more precious than a Coach and astudent relationship. Remember to recdommend him to people and get him that steak dinner ASAP>

I'll second that premise Bubba. Whenever I force the arm swing, it causes tension and pulled or muscled shots. When I push the ball straight out towards my target and let it fall back into my back swing and then let it fall again freely and remember to pull up through, I lose all the tension and make a much better release of the ball.

BTW, I also hold the ball with both hands with most of the weight on my left hand and my starting position is to the right side of my body. It just makes it easier to have a clear path for my arm swing.
