I am looking to replace my 15lb Everclear. I don't care who makes it, just want a cheap spare ball. I would be most interested in a Maxim or WD, but will consider others. Also, would like to stick to "male suitable" or neutral colors...no pink or purple unless it's super cheap.
Thanks.

looooool...I have a pink spare ball. Everyone watches my spare shots, I can actually draw attention away from my cranker friend, apparently pink is more entertaining than lots of speed and revs

Isnt that the truth. The house I bowl at has such dry lanes I have to use my Faball Pink. Everyone always watches me bowl since it is pink and I have even had a little girl, who was bowling with a pink house ball, try and use mine, until she realized it was too heavy and her parents said it wasn't hers. Luckily I was in the bathroom and my wife was there watching my equipment or I would have had a fit. Nothing wrong with a pink ball. I am 6'3 290lbs, I dare anyone say anything to me at my lanes for my Faball Pink.

Hammerhead1987, glad you're enjoying the Pink Faball Hammer, good to hear it's found a nice home. :)

Oh it found a GREAT home! It has become the 2nd ball in my normal rotation, whether it be for spares or dry lanes. Usually try the Blue first then the Pink, if the lanes are oiled up, which once they where, I use my BWP.

Well then, I guess I will just look for whatever is cheapest.
I saw a $29 WD Patriot Swirl with free shipping on Bowlingball.com. Should've picked it up but it was the "Striking Value." I still have one in my cart at that price even though the deal is over. I should try to check out and see what happens. Maybe it'll give it to me still.
