I hate your starting position, almost seems like your going to throw two handed, but I like every thing from the top of your back swing to the follow through. But who cares if you can consistently reproduce it, good on ya! :D

From what I saw the only thing might how high you hold the ball in your stance. Once you start your approach it appears everything is just fine from your arm swing to release and folow through. Don't change anything there.

Haha, yea i have to start out like that because of wrist problems. But thanks for everything :). I am looking at gettin surgery possibly on my wrist to fix it.
