Best widow to get?

Please go ez on me. I want to get a black widow and would really appreciate some kind guidance as to which one to get. I am partial to either a pearl or a bite.I am in my first league, currently bowl with a toxic and my ave. hovers around 150. Thanks hammer buddies

Ok first question is what type of condition do you throw on.

For Med to med heavy I would get a BWP and adjust the cover to 2000 abralon polished.

For heavy I would get a BWBite and use it OOB finish.

I would definitely recommend the BWBite to work with your Toxic. It will be a strong companion. Toxic for medium to dry and Bite for medium to oily conditions. Check with your local Pro Shop operator to assist in your final decision.

My opinion is to get an original Black Widow,,,, I have 2, different pins, lay-outs & ect...... This way I am able to get a similar reaction on different oil slatherings

Really BUBBA is right all of it depends on how YOU bowl and the conditions you bowl on . IMO anyway :D .. The way things are these days NO 1 ball or even 2 a do if your really serious about bowling .

The original BWSoild still would be my number one choice for a first ball in the Widow line. I carry two in my bag and those are still the money balls.

My favorite is the original Black Widow Solid. I just got a Bite, so I haven't thrown many games with it, but my BWS is awesome.

Thank you all for your input. I would say that our lanes are med/heavy oil. Our lanes, established in 1939 are pretty quirky and my toxic was damaged by the antiquidated ball return. So many black widows,,,
