A 283 third time bowling?

Last week this guys came into our center and got house shoes and picked up a 12 LBS house ball (this guy over 6' 2" 225LBS+) Walks up to the line with around 95 steps throws a reverse rolling ball straight down the lane and bowls a 283 in his first game. this was his third time bowling.
I ran and grabbed a 12 LBS house ball and shot a 87. Ball kept deflecting of the pins, and I hurt myself.

His last two games after the 283 were 45 and a 6?s

Lol this sounds likes he got just lucky if he bowled games that terrible afterward. He got one of them 1 out of a million moments.

Yeah it was just luck. About three weeks ago I watched a guy throw a 300 with a house ball. After I asked him what his average was and he said he has never bowled in a league. Like they say the sun shines on a dog's ass every now and then.

That was called,"Who wants to bowl for money,Chump?" The 283 was to test out the shot and set the table,the 45 and 67 were to lure the suckers in.

Third game bowling my ass. Third time that DAY, maybe.

ya it does sound a little fishy to me, but i guess anything is possible right? if it was only his 3rd time bowling then he probably went up there not thinking about anything. after he bowled the 283 then he started thinking and that's what created the lower scores...getting in his own way. i think too much sometimes and it screws up my game. keep it simple.

Yeah sounds like a shark but it was not. There was me my 4 yr old son and a golden girls league all over 65, him and his friend with him. No one to bowl for money against.
He was genuinly excited about his score and didn't even notice it untill the game was over. He called some one on his cell phone right after. I was jealous of him at first but man where do you go from there? Bowl almost perfect then done to a what a 4 yr old should score? Thats gonna be a long wait to hit that score again.
