Starting to get impatient!

Made a deal with someone on here about a month and a half ago or two months ago. I sent my ball, he said he would plug the ball up for me before he shipped it. He got my ball before he even sent his out. A week went by and he says to me that he doesn't like the ball I sent him and that he would like to send it back along with the money I gave him to plug the ball up and the money I paid to ship the ball out. I said ok, not a big deal. A few weeks go by and I still don't have the ball. I send him a message asking when he will ship the ball. He says that he's been very busy and that he should get the ball out in a day or two. Another week goes by and I haven't heard anything. I ask him when exactly he shipped it out so I'll know when to be home to pick the ball up. He says that he's sorry it's taken so long, but his grandfather passed away and he would ship it as soon as he would get back. Here we are now about 2 and a half weeks later and still no ball. Sent him another message a couple days ago and still haven't heard anything. Normally I am really patient when it comes to these things and I'll give the person the benefit of the doubt, but this is starting to get a little rediculous.

You know what..I had a similiar problem back around the middle of janurary...sent a ball out, never got the one they were supposed to send and still havent gotten anything..plenty of excuses though..

Sucks, good luck and hope it works out. Did you send a check, mo, cashier's check or cash. As long as it not cash you can verify if he cashed it any of the others.

Believe you might have some recourse with money orders.

Evidently Etonix didn't take the time to read the terms of the For Sale and Trade section. It clearly states ,

If you remember we had a situation awhile ago something like this and it took a long time to get it straightend out with the help of Rowdy and Tinkerbell but it was resolved in the end. I just hope this gets resolved also so Crusher doesn't get taken.

As far as payment went. I just stuck 10 bucks in the thumb hole. I traded my T-Road Pearl for his Complete NV. I didn't care either way if the trade would have went where we both got the ball we wanted or if he just sent back my ball because he didn't like it. I just want to get this matter resolved.

However, I never recovered my $220 despite the help by Rowdy, Tinkerbell and Bubba. I imagine everyone else got their money back because not as much was owed to them. I gave 5 deposits of $45 for the proposed 2-3 Hammer teams going to Nationals.

I wanted to clear that up. Because for some reason people think that everyone was made whole. I was not and am still pretty angry.
