Meh, this ball is waaaaaaaay stronger on the back than the Doom. There is no doubt about that.:D

I use my BWB or my BWP for ten pins. Spare balls are the devil. ;)

Haha, ya I think spare balls are a definite necessity.
With the small pin buffer on this ball, you can definitely tell when the ball starts to rev up. It basically shows me the length of the oil pattern on the lanes, which is really nice. I mainly got this ball drilled this way because I wanted to have something for the longer oil patterns, 42 ft+. I have yet to really get a chance to roll on something like that, but hopefully soon enough I will. :D
