Hi Guys.
Long time since I been on here last. How have you all been?
Well what a night it was tonight.
Our five man team broke the high game record and the high series record tonight with a 1194 team game and a 3391 series. Well done to everyone tonight it was a great performance.
Personally it was a great night for me as well.
First game started off with a weak ten pin, and followed up with a open, the only pin I left all night (aparts from splits lol)
Then a 9/ then a 8/ then the next 9 strikes off the sheet for a 257. Not a bad start.
Got better in the next game where I kept it going to hit 21 straight strikes an bag my 3rd 300 game and beat my previous best of 18 in a row. :D
What was even better was that our anchor man, England bowler Leon Devlin also bowled a 300 in the same game, looked strange seeing two 300's at the bottom.
At this stage I was on 557 after two and knew my PB set of 728 was easily in sight.
I ended up smashing it with a last game 227 to hit a PB 784 :D I am still kinda gutted though as in the 9th frame of that game I hit a ringing ten pin which if that would have carried it would have been a 800+ set !
Thanks for reading :D

Thanks mate, Yea I was kinda gutted not to get the 800 this time, would have been a 805 if that had carried.
Considering my highest set was only 728 thats a pretty good increase of 56 on top.
Has anyone ever seen two 300's from the same team in the same game? I cant see it happening often!

I've never personally seen it, but the USBC record for a 4 man team had 2 guys shoot 300 and another shoot 279 and the last guy shooting 290 I think...they have an enlarged version of the score card hanging above the lanes at the alley it happened at here

Our scores were as follows
212
147
232 :)
300 :D
300 :D
Actually a Team at our local alley set a recored, I personally wasn't there, but I read about it. There were 2 300's and another guy had a 279 in one game, and I don't remember off hand what the other's were nor their game and series. It happened months and months ago and I wasn't even there just read about it. :p
And at high school state the winner shot, 249, 279, 300 for a 828 in boys and girls won with 213, 300, 194, for a 707.
Whatta day that was.

Congrats on another 300 game. Cool that another person on your team threw one too. I think it is somewhat uncommon for that to happen but I have seen a number of times when one person gets a 300 and a couple of others have had 7-8 baggers.

Thanks chaps
History is made in the premier league on lanes 7 and 8, as for the first time two bowlers from the same team roll a 300 in the same game. Simon, Mark I mean Paul Cunningham and Leon Devlin both roll the magic 12 strikes in a row in Anglian Pro Shops 43-5 demolition of shell shocked Eagles and for Cunningham, it completes a run of 21 strikes. He goes on to roll games of 257 and 227 in a big 784 series, whilst Devlin rolls a 248 with his to hit a 743. They get great support in their 3391 series with Stuart Cobb rolling 232,214,204-650, Simon, Paul, I mean Mark Callaby had a 231,205-609 and there was a 244,212-for the veteran Hellesdon skipper Pat Nelson. They also hit games of 1194,1154 and 1043, as they cemented their position at the top of the table and left precious little for Eagles to pick at. Dave Aldred topped for them with his 223-599 and he lost 6-2, whilst the only other winner was Tony Whatling with a knockout 231, as they were simply blown away by some top rank bowling by a side who got the fixture wrong.
