It was. And I was throwing it almost as hard as I could,that accounted for some of the "off line" stuff.

Of course,Neo forgets the damn camera,so there's no video of me going 202,246,205=653!!! Then we take a half hour break and his g/f starts filming while I'm stiff as hell.

Anyway,now y'all know what an old fart looks like bowling.

lol Rowdy. I hook the ball quite a bit, but I'm no cranker, I'm more of a high end stroker rev wise...I'm close to finding a program that does slo mo for me...so I can them clock my release's rpm, but I'm guessing from its looks that I'm 250 rpm

Theres one guy who bowls like where I roll. Hes got crazy revs and he uses a buzzsaw.

16lb BW Solid,drilled up to skid/flip with a medium track. The thumb is 2 inches left of the HMB,pin centered just above fingers. I've got another BW Solid coming out of a total redrill today. The thumb will be 5-3/4 inches left of the HMB,with the pin up and to the right about an inch from the ring finger. This one should be way too strong for the house I was rolling in on the video.

Ball Update:DDidn't get the LevRG. They shipped a Solid LevRG by mistake.:( Have to wait a couple of more days on that one.

The new spare ball is awesome. It's the brightest orange Maxim Ebonite makes. Whoo-boy,is this sucker bright! You have to wear shades just to roll it.

The redrill on the BW Solid came out WAY better than I could have hoped for. The guys in the pro shop thought I was nuts wanting to drill the ball that way. I laid the ball down on the 10 and threw it at the 10 pin. Halfway down the lane I though I laid out a really nice spare ball. Then the ball got to 50-52 feet and hung a left like someone shoved it at the pocket. That thing turns hard!!! So hard I even left some stone 9's because the ball just doesn't deflect off the headpin or 5 pin at all. The pins fly UP!!!

Now,before y'all start asking how I laid the ball out,here it is. Draw a line from the HMB to the pin. Now draw a line 90 degrees from the pin to the left. This line will be the centerline for your ring finger hole. Drill the center of your ringfinger hole 1 inch down this line. Measure 5-3/4 inches to the left of the HMB. This will be the center of your thumbhole. Use your hand measurements to figure out how far the ringfinger and thumbhole need to be apart,but make sure the thumbhole stays 5-3/4 inches from the HMB. Then add the middle finger hole where it needs to be according to your span. My ball didn't need an X-Hole,we kept drilling the fingerholes a little at a time and weighing the ball to keep it legal.

When they plugged the ball,some of the filler ran down the side of the ball. They cleaned the ball up and refinished it. It's now at 2000Abralon POLISHED!!! I threw the ball on some really light oil tonight and it worked like a charm. It doesn't get into a forward roll untill after it hits the headpin. This drill is so good I'm going to have it put in the BW Venom when that comes out.
