Got me a Black Widow

My wife got me the Black Widow for my birthday. Picked it up on saturday before our bowling night. Played with it during practice just to see what she could do. Loved the reaction off the hand, rolles really smooth. Holds alot of energy for the backend. The ball was a little too aggresive for the amount of oil they had on the lanes but I decided to throw it a game just too she how she carries.
I don't really like to cover that many boards. But it was nice being able to throw the ball with a good amount of speed on it. Shot a 300 with it out the box. So, as of right now she has one game on her. I am hoping with some of tournaments I have coming up here in the next few weeks, there will be enough oil for me to throw it again.
I am hoping to have my Toxic drilled up by the time the Beltway classic comes around. I would love to have both of them to try on that pattern.

Nice shooting! But let me get this strait you threw 12 perfect shots with it then put it away?

No, I threw 13 shots with it and put it away. I did hit the first one in the second game. Then I when with the Doom. The lanes where just too dry for me to keep throwing that ball.
Back in the day, I used to cost myself alot of money by not switching balls when I needed to. I don't make that mistake anymore. If I would have kept throwing the BW, it would have been a matter of time before I left a really bad split. So I switched to a ball that would let me move back to the left and roll it, not throw it.

That's great about your game! A 300 out the box is excellent! I purchased the Black Widow a week ago. Befor then, I maintained a 152 avg. After my Black Widow, I have mainted a 197 avg or better. One week from purchasing my Black Widow, I shot a 639 series. I was 104 pins over avg in my first game and 183 pins over avg in my avg series, which is 456. I LOVE THE BLACK WIDOW! IT'S WORTH EVERY DIME!!
