Just dont watch the score or pay attention to anything except going out there and thinking knock all 10 down every shot, if you dont then shake it off and come back next frame with a clear mind and knock all 10 down again. Dont worry about going into the last frame needing a double to win, go up there with the thought that you are going to strike all the way out with no problem. Just play your own game and not worry about whats going on with anything or anyone else. Your the teams catalyst and the solid finisher for the team, so just go up and do your thing and the rest of the team will work around you.

make sure u have ur spare ball because its on sport shots. but make sure u help keep the team's spirits up, if ur getting angry, the rest of ur team will drop too.

Let's see...there's also FUBAR,and of course SNAFU...I'm sure there's some others that I've forgotten....I'll have to put in a call to an old friend of mine who served on sub's in the Pacific in WWII. I'm sure he can think of some others.

Are you possibly over thinking this situation? It isn't a team match. Just bowl... In this event, it doesn't matter where you bowl in the lineup. Just do the best you can.

Yes, but that is easily fixed. Don't pay any attention to the score. Don't look at the low to cash number, top 100 or winner score. Just go out there and bowl.

No reason to panic. Hopefully you've been a good little anchor bowler and have been keeping up with the scores as the game has gone along. So there's no,"kicking in",to speak of. You've seen it coming and have used your time to prepare for the job at hand.

All you can do is go into your own little,"Bowling World",and do the absolute best that you can. Some bowlers come alive in this situation and some will crash and burn. Practice at home by putting more pressure on yourself than you will ever feel at the tournament. Try the old,"These three strikes are to win the US Open and all my family is sitting right behind me,my wife has bet our house, cars and life savings on this match and there's a gun pointed at my youngest kid's head and the dude will shoot if I lose, plus my Dad needs the prize money to pay for that life saving operation where they will finally cure his male pattern baldness once and for all" thing. NOW go throw those three strikes.

Practice at the worst time possible, next to a birthday party for a six year old. Girl. Who loves Hannah Montana. If you can toss the turkey around that you'll be more than ready for anything that will happen later on in the tournament.

One of the best words of advice that I got was from a good friend of mine who graduated a year ahead of me from high school: "Just bowl."

All you can really do when it comes down to it, is know what you need to do in the tenth when. DO NOT think past that first shot, and dont think "I need to strike." Think "I need to make a quality shot like my others today, just roll the ball over the target".

just remember you bowl against yourself- you can't control what the other team does (unless you smack them around).

I bowl anchor a lot but I always remember we are a TEAM and my team is my anchor. Make sense. You know your teammates and watch them and they will help you.

Good luck
