Nice...that ball looks VERY nice in person, although my next ball I have decided will be a *gasp* Sidewinder. I need a control ball and this will be mine.

Thanks everyone. I'll let you know how it rolls for her, she returns from a wedding tommorrow so she hasn't seen it yet! I just picked it up from the shop.

I'll just have to make sure I'm not bowling with her. We were practicing the day she rolled her high game of 230ish. I rolled a 200 something. I still hear about that. She bets me one time and earned lifetime bragging rights. LOL

I went through that. I refused to buy her a ball with a pancake core. She's moving up from 12 to 13 so she had a few more options. I basically showed her the pictures of 4 or 5 "Slap approved" balls in her weight. She liked the Emerald color and is familiar with Hammer from watching me throw them.

Why??? To burn in a dry line faster,that's why. I get Tink to throw on the same line as me with that Gamebreaker and it just sucks all the oil out of the line. Then I have a nice line to hold the ball against. See.....we're smart.:)

Welcome to the,"Married To A Bowler" club. I'm still hearing about the ONE damn game where I was trying something and not paying any attention to the score. Actually,I could have cared less what the score was. But Tink beats me by a few pins and it's like she clocked me to win The Open.:eek: Sheesh. You'd think she'd be so over that by now.

The Married To A Bowler Club does have dues. Pay yours at the bar every time you roll with her. Alcohol does make hearing her "story" for the 5000th time a little more bearable.:)

No no, oil is a good friend of mine, the more the better, just them pesky 7 pins you have to watch out for. But other than that I like the fresh line more than a burnt in one, unless this is sport shots we're talking here, but still like the fresher ones better than the dry.

I'll agree with Idle on this one, cuz I have pretty decent revs in the mid to upper range (350) and i need oil for my stuff to keep it predictable.

lol, I dont have a girlfriend right now, so I have the oil to myself entirely in that regard.

im low rev and i like the oil, although if there is a burnt in line on a sport shot i will take that, just bounce it off.

Yeah, I've had to look up a few of the "Pretty" reactive balls, tell her about all the ratings and what this one will do compared to that one... then let her pick. Usually I don't find much... :rolleyes:

lol...my niece likes my Toxic the most out of any ball she's seen, but if you let her smell a Storm ball, she'll start licking her lips...I've had to make sure she didnt try to bite on or lick on once already lmao...
