Alex. We made a trade on a bowling website a few months ago. He was supposed to send my ball back a long time ago because he did not like it. He never did send it.
Ok, this is his father, I am sorry that this has happend I am deeply upset by this and he will be sending this ball back even if I have to pay for it!

I dont know either, I saw it sitting in his room a long time ago and asked it where it came from. He just walked on out. I was unsure about that ball. Once again I am deeply sorry that this happend and you will have your ball by the end of the week.

Crusher, I know this guy is or was a tool. But I think until the issue is resolved it best to let other's trash talk. You are still at the mercy of him and his father. Any bad remarks remarks they read could give them a change of heart. It just my .02 cents.

Besides,in small claims court you can represent yourself. Since Etonix is a minor his parents will have to be served with court papers also. How fast do you think Crushers phone is going to be ringing after the process server leaves???

Dude,you're WAY past letter time. Try a phone call first and mention that you have an appointment to speak with a lawyer about your options. They give you any static,tell 'em that you're exploring the possibility of getting a judgement against them and that if they try the non-payment route you'll slap a lien on thier house and credit ratings. Watch how fast you get what you want from them.

unfortunately you can't get him for theft. Only breach of contract or maybe wire fraud and if you used the US postal service you might be able to get mail fraud.
