Does anyone know of any videos showing a bowling lane being built I'm thinking about putting in a pair of lanes at my house and want to see the lane going in from start to finish.

I have seen packages as low as $4500 a lane at United Bowling that is all used equipment of course.

We just had a bowling center in the area all re-done..

new lanes, pin setters, the whole 20 yards, and their site had tons and tons of pictures, but that was a few months ago, i don't think any are on there anymore.

Take it you already have the space?

Just the lane and approach will take up over 75', plus some room behind the approach and for the pits and machines.

Nobody to blame if the shot sucks!

Good Luck.

Yeah, where I want to add on the house for this I have 206 ft to play with, and that’s just in the front of the house. :D My plan is to add on to my house 35 Feet wide 120 foot long. I'm hoping to find an place that is closed and they want to get rid of the equipment of a place that is upgrading.

I have seen A1 machines on eBay for $400 before and you could see it run before taking it out, however I want to try to find a 82/70 as I know how to work on them.

I know were there are 36 82/30 but cant figure out to contact about them the place closed down and was sold to back taxes.

That link I posted above about the alley who was upgrading..they threw away all of their old lanes and pin setters..

Nothing was wrong with the lanes that I saw, 4-5 yr. old synthetics, my favorite lanes to bowl on but they said they had cracks?

But they were all sitting in the dumpster..the pin setters were decent, a few racks were a little worn and busted but worked.. also sitting in front of the dumpster..

I thought about taking a pair of lanes but I have no way of getting them to here or a place for them..

Just a shame how much the people wasted the old stuff.
