As a lefty, on nights when I seem to be leaving 7s my first adjustment is to move 1 board left and come in a little heavier. If coming in heavier dosen't work I move right and try for a lighter mixer.

I do just the opposite, I usually make a 1 board move right with my feet and a board left with my mark or just one or the other.
For a righty, you need to say what the 7's are like. If they are swisher 7's, like where the messengers dont hit them and they are like a flat 7 then you need to move a board right or cut down your entry angle. If there stone 7's, like 9 straight back and hard and the head and 4 pin miss the 7 then you really shouldnt move at all.

Tj if the 7 stands, watch very carefully the ball path. It's the 2 or 4 typically wrapping 99% of the time. move right or left a board or 2 to change your entry angle into the pocket.

Dont you mean 2 or 4 Bubba, not 4 or 6?

Alot of time it can handled with an adjustment forward or back on the approach as well.
Usually on 10's I move forward, so I'll move make if I'm leave a bunch of 7 pins.
