Yeah so i can record video (though not so great quality) with my new cellphone, so i recorded a shot last weekend..

Personally i think that shot was crap and a lot needs to be fixed, but im looking for tips or suggestions on what to do and what not to do, etc.. :o

Hmm...lets bump this up...anyone have any suggestions? (including getting more vids with better/different shots..LOL)

Yeah think im going to head down to one of the alleys tomorrow morning before my junior city squad and get some shots recorded..or at least attempt to, only have my cell for recording..doesnt work all that great :p

I think you need to get down to the lane more, little more knee bend and possibly slow down a little if you can.....

You looked a little off balance.. IMO If you slow down a little that should help you a little bit. It also looks as if you started to slide then stuck then slid again. Is that cottect? I am not sure about the shoes you have on maybe something that you can custom fit to your slide may help out better like the Linds Exxtra or the Dexter SST 8

It appears that your feet are alittle fast during your approach. Also you need more knee bend at the line . Fast feet will cause the off balance in your approach after relase that makes you fall off to the riight.

Try slowing your feet down and bend that knee more. You will be in balance more and make better shots.
