I finally got some extra cash so i am going to get a new ball, therefore i need suggestions please!!!! :D
Considering my arsenal, what do you guys thing i should get??
My options are:

Hammer Black Widow Venom $2200.00 Mexican Pesos
Ebonite NVD $2500.00 Mexican Pesos
Brunswick Twisted Fury Solid $2250.00 Mexican Pesos

I think i need to add a gun for heavy oil to my arsenal. These are the only high performance balls they have at my local pro shop, i wish they had the sauce but they donīt and they will not get it in a long time because of the Economy issues in the U.S. and i have to buy one of these right away because the pro shop lost a lot of money and the prices are going to go up very soon

Thanks a lot to all for taking the time to provide suggestions. :)

Do they have an ANGER there?? Those are great for heavy oil!!
The NVD is a mop for heavy oil. That cover is like a vaccum on oil and really grabs on the dry end. The core carries great. I went xxxxxxxx8xx9 in pracitce on sunday with the NVD. Did I mention the ANGER is great on heavy oil?? I have my High game with the ANGER in game one of league.

They donīt have the Anger or the Cell, may be in Mexico City but not in Guadalajara and i wonīt go to Mexico city unless it is at gunpoint lol. :p

They have more stuff like the BWB, BWS, some Storm and AMF balls but nothing intersting. That is why i have to decide within those 3

The BWB will be better than the BWV for heavy oil because the Venom is a Pearl and highly polished Out of the Box. Whereas the Bite should attempt to read the lane a few feet earlier and begin its move towards the pocket sooner.

Out of the three listed, I think it would be a toss up between the NVD and Twisted Fury Solid. Which would basically come down to preference between brand, looks, and price because I hear they are relatively similar as far as ball motion and oil handling capability.

I disagree the Venom handles more than the Bite imo. I would say the Venom or NVD. The NVD will most likely handle more oil but truly how much oil is the question.

the 2500 pesos for the NVD isn't all that bad of a price if it includes drilling and grips. comes out to 187.++ USD

NVD or the Twisted Fury Solid of the three listed. The Venom isn't an option, IMHO, since you already have the BWP (too similar). Also, don't write off that Bite that they have there.

NVD on heavy oil is a bear, BWV cant handle the heavy that great, the Twisted solid can but can be a little squirty so I would go with the NVD.

For heavy oil, I would consider the NVD or Twisted Solid. Based on what I've seen my area I would lean towards the Twisted Solid.

Thank you so much, for the replies. :D
I got it down now to Twisted Solid or NVD.

On another local proshop they only have the Twisted solid and the center manager is a friend of mine if i get a discount with him i am going to go with the Brunswick :p
I mean there is a chance of saving about $500.00 pesos wich i am going to need for a 4 roller bag since i only have i double roller now and with the new ball i will need a bigger bag for sure.

Gonna agree with most everyone...

It does depend on what heavy oil is in your area of course.
The NVD and TF both seem to hook from what I have seen. Have not rolled either.

Up until I got my Sauce, my Bite was used for Heavier Oil and it still be used.

Just out of curiosity, I checked the ups, fedex, and usps costs to ship a box 9x9x9 and 16 lbs to mexico, usps was cheapest at 120usd with fedex and ups about the same @ 175usd:eek: . No wonder he donsn't shop on line in the US.

And that is not all, UPS and FEDEX usually deliver the promised date but the problem with USPS is that theyīd send it to Mexico city and then the mexican postal service will take up to two weeks or more to deliver the package and who knows they might not even take care of the box, i donīt want to risk a ball that way.

It seems like most of the suggestions go with the NVD mmmm i think i am going to get it even if iīd get discount on the twisted. Man i never belived that chosing a ball was going to be this hard. :p

Its cheaper for me in England to get a bowling ball sent over than it is for you to get one sent down to you.
How does that work

:p

I use a po box in the state.
It takes 2-3 days for fedex to deliver over there, then it will take 4-7 days before I receive it.

I don't use usps anymore. They lost an item once, thank god I had it insured.
On recommendation of my local post office I use fedex now.
