Rev check please

Can somebody give me a rough rev count on my bowling

I searched to find a Thread that explained how to get a approximate,
which i found.
just one problem.
It says pause the video at the moment of release and take a note of where the tape line is.
Not a problem, did that.
it then goes on to say click thru 10 frames and count the amount of times that the tape passes that point.
The problem i have it what frames per second was this calculated on.
on 30 fps it rotates 1.1/2 times in ten frames (1/3 of a second) 270rpm
on 20 fps it rotates 2.1/4 times in ten frames (1/2 of a second) 405rpm

Your closer to the 270 not the 405.

The calculation you are talking about is referring to 30 fps. I've used it myself with mixed results.

By looking at this video I have to say you are right around the 325 mark. That's not a bad rev rate to be at. If you want to increase the revs alittle, keep the fingers at ther 7:00 position and cup your wrist aliitle and come around the ball stronger release
