In the market for a new ball

So, I have some extra cash lying around and wanted to try a newish ball. i have no clue what kind of ball I would like, im not partial to any company or type of ball. I bowl on wood lane conditions so they hook a lot, especially the outside dry boards which are too dry for me to even try. in my signature, every one of those balls have worked great on house to pba shots.

i havent tried the no mercy series yet and id like to get a Whupn maybe but unsure. what else should i look at and why? i have high revs, can play a variety of lines and open to anything

ive been in the market for some new toys as well, and there is so much great equipment out right now, Hammer: im leaning toward RICO'ing a Solid, my favorite ball ive had, also my driller almost has me talked into a psycho just because the possibilities are almost endless when it comes to drilling it, also i may go after the acid, not sure yet, ive had my heart set on the virtual gravity for a heavy oil ball, and just interested in the hyroad. the guys on here know alot more than i about this stuff, but theres alot of great equipment out there right now

The Virtual would be WAY too much for wood, where do you feel there is a hole in your arsenal and where would you like the ball to fit into your arsenal? This will give us a better idea of what to reccomend for you. Where do you feel there is a space that needs filling reaction wise in your arsenal?

well every ball but the Raid is a pearl in my collection. i really dont think the virtual would be too strong for wood as long as im not throwing outside. the inside is oily enough with my speed the ball will be able to get down there just fine. that along with me being the only one who plays my lines during leagues it wouldnt burn up.

however, instead of buying the ball could sand down some of my equipment like my action attack, ive done that before and i like its look. but i definitetly need a ball that picks up sooner in my collection

if you want something to pick up sooner get the dimension then. the VG is a very long and strong ball.

To u guys that have the virtual what are some of the layouts that you like. My driller was thinkin bout making it my "puddle ball" and said it would hook early, because im going to have the psycho drilled pin over to go deep,so this will prolly be my #1 outta the gate cuz im trading my bite, and not sure what to do w/ the hyroad yet, still on the fence about getting this ball.

So you want a ball thats going to start early and allow you to stay inside and play in the oil, so with this reaction you'd get a smooth archy backend. I'm thinking either the Gamebreaker or the Cell Solid or even the Dimension.

I love my Virtual. I bowl on a wood lanes with a medium to dry THS pattern and it works well. I would suggest a Hyroad though.

the virtual would work for what you want then. i have mine but cant review it yet as i threw it ONCE and it was after 3 hours of open play and stupid amount of carrydown, i slowed down and it worked pretty good but dont wanna fully review it yet.
