ok i just got back and all i can say is wow! I never knew bowling could make me that sore! i must have rolled over 100 games total at least. I bowled on a bunch of different patterns and think i should try a PBA experience league.. We got our balls the second to last day so we could practice with them and get used to our new form with those balls in our hand..

Things Changed:
Almost everything! hahaha!
4 step to 5 step approach
swing more in line with head
better tempo
because of the above i got some more speed/revs
15# balls now and getting everything matched to the way they drilled it..

My new Virtual Gravity is a great ball.. After i get used to my 5 step and get consistent and used to everything, this will be an amazing addition.. Also, i am gonna get my other lighter oiled ball to a 15# because my friend said they will replace my ball because of the cracks.. OMG! haha i told you i probably could.. i know most places i wouldn't but at my house i can most likely.. if they dont w/e.. but my friend got his replaced from same thing.. anyways.. we had a makeshift tournament on the Chameleon pattern and this was first time on any PBA shot.. my virtual made me throw about 20-10 and then back.. which, if i hit my exit point/ mark, would be fine. Unfortunately.. anything 1 or 2 boards right would go into Out-of-bounds area for the chameleon they laid out.. I learned a lot over the past few days and i will now be a little better with helping people on here too =)

oh ok thanks i am bad with names =P i dont remember any joe.. is he a main teacher or something? My friends know Brent well, so we always got rides from him and talked lol.. umm yeah first day was the Kegel Winding road.. 2nd day was a sport shot.. 3rd day was a bunch of different ones.. like lane 2 was stripped of oil.. and they had the nationals pattern, the open pattern, all fo the PBA patterns.. it was cool =) then we played a 3 game tournament on the Chameleon in which i placed 15th (?) out of 24.. which is good considering i had never been coached before kegel and that i had never thrown on a sport shot.. Randy Stoughton was my main teacher and Suzie was really nice =) Del never really talked to me much because i was never near him.
