yup i did it the unthinkable, the thing i thought i would never do. front 11, smash pocket for a solid 8 pin. yup the 8 pin. well im glad i got rewarded for being more accurate than all the house hacks around here that have 300's. maybe if i sprayed and prayed i would've carried it.

thanks, its like a kick in the nuts really. i mean i practice to become accurate and become a better bowler than most kids around here. and i finally carry all eleven and go 8 pin. i mean i already have 279 with an 8 pin its just complete BS.

I've ran the front 9 in a tournment threw indentical shots to the first 7 or so. Missed wide tice towards the end of the game. Hit my mark and break point, left a pocket 10, spared it and shot the same shot pocket 7.

It's just one of those deals... don't sweat it when your thinking about it least it will happen. So just relax, you know you threw a great shot.

Agreed, I have 5 300's(2 were in the same day) and 3 299's in practice, and a 299,290 and 800 series sanctioned. So I know how it is to be throwing them in practice, personally would rather never have a sanctioned 300 and have 800's like I have, the 300 doesnt mean as much as it use to so dont sweat it, I know I sure dont. It will happen, just stop looking at it like such a big number and it will come.

Congrats pains. Nice bowling. Like everyone said, it will come. Leaving the solid 8 just means you made too good of a shot that drove the 5 pin straight back. You have been working hard on your game and it will be rewarded. It will come .

Think some of it is a matter of having the right players at the right time, with equipment that matches up with their conditions.

I think that the no wins deal has more to do with the pro than the balls. The current roster doesn't blow my skirt up any. PA would be the best bet to end the drought.

Yes I do, like both of the new ones a lot. If I could only fix my disgusting approach right now I'd be putting up big scores. Going through a little bit of a slump, picked up some bad habits after getting over being sick and not bowling for 3 weeks.

Stop trying to thorw one handed and a backup ball. Do what you do best and use those two hands like I know you could. And NO The carry isn't better on the right side.

That was just fooling around cause I got sick of actually trying to bowl and squirting the ball everywhere because my approach was so screwed up, to start yesterday had 160-192-150. Was ready to roll the stuff down the woods. So just did that because I was too mad to actually want to throw the right way....Is too...:p

Notice the smily face after both of those posts? I was only kidding. But actually because there are less high rev lefties they would be more prone to leaving 7's because they would have to play straighter down and in, also are more righties than lefties so would be hard to make a statement there. The higher rev righties would be more prone to the 9's, like lefties like me would be prone to 8 pins. Was only joking about that though, both sides carry the same. The back up balls were just to mess around, was getting bored of trying to fix stuff so needed to have some fun.

Yea I know, have been getting more and more frustrated with it and have started to lose interest in it, only bowling 1 day a week now (league), really not practicing, trying to take a break from it more or less until I get interested in it again. Just hate that from being sick for that month it messed me up that much and took all the work I did for the past year away, was averaging 224 about a 5/6 weeks ago, now after all this Im down to 210 and just cant get that want back to bowl. I never got mad before especially with bowling but its to the point now where its been very frustrating for me because you know how my standards are with bowling for myself.

Great rolling, now don't get too upset as it was just practiuce. Now when your have the front 11 and it's sanctioned, you can spray and pray for a 300 ;)

lol i probably will due to nerves lol. although idk im averaging higher right now on sport shots than i am on house shot by 20 pins a series.
