Our league starts jan 12th.
Our last sponsor decided to call it quits.
So far we don't have a sponsor yet for the team, and it seems we won't be able to attract this one.
Things are not looking good here.
several members already said they are not able to pay the league fee without additional help.
I don't know yet how it will play out, and if I will wait till the 12th or starting looking to join another team.

Hope you find a sponsor . I do not know why some business won't sponsor teams. It's a great way to advertise their company . Let us know if you find one or join another team.

The answers I go are something like:

we only sponsor youth teams, or events that related to children or we sponsor events for the needed.
i certainly understand that, it's only at the moment I fall in the needed category too :)

Just had a thought.
If I am unable to play these months I might just go train to throw the so-called proper way.

. Let us know if you find one or join another team.

another team it is.
I have found only 1 company that could contribute with the costs, but the other teammembers did not want to divide the rest of the costs among the players.
So yesterday evening first I tried to call the owner of the bowling center to see if we could make a payment arrangement till we find a sponsor. We could not get a hold of another, then with the news that the team did not want to split costs I called some teams and voila, I am in a new one.
There was been some shake ups.
Another team is also not participating (same reasons), and the players have been recruited by the other remaining teams. There are now 8 (of 10) teams now evenly matched.
