'me too' here.
Same thing happened to a league I was in in 1996. Tuesday night at West Lanes, Omaha, NE. Can't remember the league name, but it always had been a men's league.. until that year. Bill Straub bowled in that league (he made the 60 mile drive up from Lincoln for it), but a couple of times he ended up getting sick, and his wife Kim (PWBA bowler as well) subbed for him. It was my first year in that league so I was just trying to impress to stay on a team, so I kept my head down and didn't notice if there was any ruckus about it. Two weeks later, Brenda Norman was bowling in that league. In all fairness, they could have been pacing, but since this was a high rolling scratch league, I doubt it. BL. |

I'm all for women bowling in a Men's league/tournament.....just as soon as they let me roll in a Women's league/tournament.....what's fair is fair,right???
