I have thrown both and for me which my stle if a higer rev rate and palying deep inside out , the difference for me between these two is the Sting gets through the heads real clean and smooth. It picks up the roll and then has the famous Widow backend around 42 ft. and has the continuous move through the deck.
The Jacked pics up it's roll earlier than the Sting for me but has a very strong arcing movement that is the strongest I have seen in the Raw Line. keep in mind now the Sting is with a 5 1/2 Pin over drill and the Jacked has a 4 1/2 Pin under drill. You should be able to throw both depending on how you lay them out to use on Med-heavy oil pattern..

I would agree with Bubba that you could use either one but I think the Jacked might work a little better for the strokers. I don't know where you prefer to play but with medium rev player, you will probably prefer the earlier roll of the Jacked. I have thrown every Hammer ball that has come out this year and the Jacked is my favorite so far. I left one of them OOB and it hooks A LOT. The other I put a strong drill pattern on it and took it to 2000 with a medium polish. I had to move 4-5 boards right with the second one but it still had wonderful continuation on the backend. I will be using the Jacked in place of the "aggresive" Sting that I had. |
