How do you have it drilled?
How do you throw it now ?
What is the reaction you are getting?
could use a little more info before saying too much.
I've been bowling with a sling now for about 6 mo
Its my go to ball most of the time.
more info, maybe I can help

Default Mean and Green

Just picked up a Slingblade.. Hadn't bowled in 30 years..
First game was pretty ugly and I was having trouble with my balance.
Figured things out by the 3rd game.. Shot 246 missing a single pin spare in the 10th.. Damn!! This ball is awesome.. Light hits, it carries. Little high in the pocket?, it carries... Decimates the deck and I don't throw all that hard.
Pretty straight shot with a little snap at the end.. Glad I did my homework and picked the slingblade out of the pack...

Default Hmmm...

Would you say that The Real Deal carries more than the sling? Just curious. I just ordered myself The Real Deal two days ago, waiting on it to get here...

I'm curious... Does The Real Deal carry more often than the Sling Blade? I just ordered The Real Deal two days ago, and I am waiting on it to get here... Good Choice?

Default Real Deal

Hey Kurt,
From what I gather the RD has greater hooking potential. As far as carry goes, all the hammer lines pack quite a whallop. I'm just getting back into this after a quite lengthy hiatus, and don't feel qualified to really answer questions on ball reaction. All I can tell you is that the Slingblade suits my semi-straight game very well, and I have no regrets about purchasing it. A spare ball might be in order though.

Cheers..

Scott

Default Sling Blade

Need more info.
What is the lane condition?
What is your average?
What is your ball speed?
Before you buy a ball, you need to read the drilling sheet.
