Default cut thumb

cuts and scraps happen all the time, there is nothing that will help it heal except time, but to continue to bowl, we use liquid skin...sort of like a superglue cover for the cut to keep it from opening up, but if the cut is deep, take time off, there is no solution. Most of all cover it, protect it and leave it alone, it'll heal

Thumbs up

I use this stuff called fishin glue for cuts and scrapes. It works just like super glue but it doesn't come off in water and it has a tendency to heal the cut much faster than super glue. A day or 2 and the cut will be healed.

Best thing to do is rest up till it sorts itself out other alternative is to play with no thumb in and more fun lol.

I use nu skin as a protectant. It allows you to bowl and protects the cut from further injury. It sting like hell putting it on but well worth it.

I get a kind of blister on the top of my thumb from bowling. I used to use new skin or any liquid bandage, but because it is used so often, the liquid bandage would wear off. Then putting it back on got annoying cause it stung so damn much. So i now moved to using a protective tape over it. I love it. It covers the blister and makes the ball feel better on my hand.

What about one of those thumb sleeve things? You'd need the hole drilled larger but it might help.

Brunswick Thumbsaver I think it's called.
