Default full roller

started bowling about 3 years ago and my ball track has been migrating higher and higher....last month was tracking right on edge of fingers and thumb then something popped on the left side of my wrist now when i try to throw the ball my track is just to left on the fingers and 3/4 over the thumbhole.the more i hit the ball the more it migrates all the way over the thumb is this a full roller or just a weak release?

Steve, the track you described you had when you first started in a high track and there is nothing abnormal about it. But you said something poped in your wrist and your track is starting to get higher and higher over the holes tell me you encountered something in your wrist that is preventing you from getting the turn on the ball you once had. I would get your wrist checked even if there is no pain. Not doing so and continuing to bowl will only make your game and scores suffer by not being able to execute the release properly but you are risking doing even more injury and possible a serious injury to your wrist.
