Default just thought that i'd share this

i recently started running again and it's helped my bowling out. i feel more consistent with my legs on the approach. i'm building a stronger foundation so it makes me feel better rolling the ball. i would recommend starting a running routine. plus it's good for you in general!

Default Cycling

I used to bicycle a lot and I believe that helped my bowling. Now that I've started bowling again I'm going to start riding too.

Thanks for sharing.

Well, sure I can see that helping. My legs are pretty rip anyways, but I'll take this for a test drive one month of running everyday and lets see if it works for me also Thanks!

I've been getting out of shape lately too, so I've thought about getting a jogging routine lately. Hopefully and it could help me out as well

Good subject, I too run in the summer for the ABT tour here, but its a bit tough in the winter around here since its kinda icy as I just proved last week when I broke my wrist ! It does help, my legs are in great shape being a milkman, but it seems to give them that extra added pop when needed if you make the finals or something of that sort.

yes i figured it would be hard for some cause of the winter. i'm just lucky that it never gets below 40 degrees where i live. i like the idea of the stationary bike or treadmill that way the exercise could be done indoors, or you could just be like rocky and run in the snow
